Delete your data

You can delete your Vizzie account and all associated personal data at any time. This applies whether you signed up with email, Google, or Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@vizzie.org from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We confirm the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile (name, email) and notification preferences.
- Your saved projects, maps, and the data sources you follow.
- Your sign-in history and export records.
- Maps you published and their visit analytics.
What may remain
Aggregate, non-identifying counts (for example, a total visit tally with no identifiers) and records we're required to keep for legal or security reasons may be retained. Anything linking data to you is removed.
